Having come to the end of week 2 of my 6th month of Adventure Boot Camp Ihave developed a theory that people who exercise are like noodles.
After a really tough session at Boot Camp my legs feel wobbly and I find it difficult to walk to my car and hold my arms up long enough to drive home, not to mention my poor left leg on the clutch - Im like a boiled noodle!
The morning after the tough session at Boot Camp, Im so stiff I sometimes have to literally roll out of bed and navigating the stairs at work is torture (for some strange reason going down is always harder than going up??) - Im like uncooked spaghetti!
The unfortunate part of comparing myself to noodles is the fact that they are carbs and if I'd like to look like a spaghetti by December instead of a Penne im going to have to avoid them :)
